USA: Mann erschoss bei Stadtratssitzung sechs Menschen
Zwei Polizisten unter den Opfern

Kirkwood/USA – Bei einer Schießerei im US-Staat Missouri sind sechs Menschen ums Leben gekommen, darunter der Angreifer. Unter den Opfern sind demnach auch zwei Polizisten, wie die Behörden am Donnerstagabend mitteilten. Der Schütze eröffnete das Feuer bei einer Stadtratssitzung in Kirkwood nahe St. Louis und schrie “Erschieße den Bürgermeister”. Der Täter wurde schließlich von Polizisten erschossen. Wie ein Reporter der Zeitung “St. Louis Post-Dispatch” berichtete, waren etwa 30 Personen zum Zeitpunkt des Überfalls anwesend. Am Tatort waren Dutzende Einsatzfahrzeuge. (APA/AP)
