A warning to college parents and grandparents
If you’re a parent or grandparent with a child heading off to college later this month, beware: College isn’t what it used to be.
Whether your own college experience was more like The Paper Chase or Animal House, you can be sure that today’s campuses are neither. Instead, your tuition and tax dollars are funding an ever-growing army of bureaucrats that police everything from free speech to dating. Administrators now outnumber faculty on our nation’s campuses, and even students’ innermost thoughts are subject to their oversight. Each year, the college experience gets closer to that of a TSA line at the airport — but one that you have to live in for four years.
That’s the future of the EU. That’s the future of the world. Of the One World.
Do not mystify yourself believing it’s American insanity proper. It is. But it is what the UN adopt and spread. It is the neoabsolutism of the Orwellian Future springing from moral and psychical decadence. It is the manifestation of narcissism as personality structure and fundamentalist ethical code.
It will not wane, it will not stop, it will not retreat nor disappear on its own. No tyranny ever has or will. Tyrannies must be overthrown. Tyrannies must be fought until defeated. Tyrannies must be fought as soon as one glimpses their impending rise. The sooner the less sacrificial, the less bloody. We all are so far off real and bloody tyrannies, be it historically or geographically that we don’t believe in the reality of their vicious and obstinate surge for conquering society, the state and the culture. But what we see and what is being tolerated by American society is equivalent to fascism, in its proper sense. No matter we categorize it as rightwing or leftwing or victorian or feminist or communist or nationalsocialist, fascism is fascism, and it does not overcome itself, it does not outgrow itself, it does not listen to enlightened critique or public discourse of liberty and freedom. It listens to nothing but overwhelming power of opposition smashing it by force.
There is no other way to prevent fascism to take over all of society, of politics and the state.
