Das Video stammt aus 2010, die dazugehörige Webseite ist unerreichbar, auf dem Kanal gibt es sonst nichts. Ich stieß auf A Voice for Men darauf.
Daß Valerie Solanas Traktat SCUM seit langer Zeit zur Standardlektüre von Feminist Studies (oder heute: Gender Studies) auf den Universitäten gehört, ist bekannt, ebenso, daß Emma in der jüngeren Vergangenheit eine euphemistische Rezension darüber veröffentlicht hat. Darüber hinaus wird SCUM von Buchverlagen fortlaufend weiter herausgegeben.
Neu und aktuell ist SCUM als Schultheaterstück in Schweden, wo es mit der Unterstützung mehrerer Regierungsstellen produziert wird. Als weiterführende Ergänzung in der Normalisierung der Idee, Männer, wenn schon nicht tödlich zu zerhacken, dann zumindest zu kastrieren und chirurgisch und hormonell als Simulation einer Frau zu rekonstruieren, und zwar auf eigenen Herzenswunsch, wird ein Stück über die Geschichte eines jungen Mannes aufgeführt, der sich diesem Identitätssuizid unterzogen hat und als Beweis der Progressivität des Landes herumgereicht wird, der erste, der unter der Etikette “Transgender”-Frau an einer Theaterakademie studiert.
Ein Blog, auf dem über die Schulaufführung diskutiert wird, wurde mit dem Titel: Eine schwedische Reaktion auf SCUM für Schüler hier vorgestellt.

A Voice for Men (Paul Elam u.a.) hat eine Prämie von 1000$ ausgesetzt für die Identifizierung der Schauspieler, die man dort als Proponenten von Verhetzung betrachtet, die zum Mord an Männern auffordern. Der Plan ist, sie auf Register-Her.com an den virtuellen Pranger zu stellen, wie sie es unlängst mit einer Radikalfeministin taten, die auf ihrem Blog Infantizid und eugenische genetische Manipulation von männlichen Kindern bespricht, aber auch mit einer Reihe von anderen feministischen, misandrischen Bloggern. Daß es sich um keine Geheimnisse handelt und um kein Verschwörungsprojekt, kann sich Paul Elam nicht vorstellen, aber ein Kommentator hat eben die Webseite im Archiv gefunden, und inzwischen ist die Aktion der Belohnung nur mehr lächerlich. Was auch sein Gutes hat, den die Methode, Leute, deren Publikationen man unerträglich findet, mit Adresse und Telefon an den Pranger zu stellen, ist dreckig, an der Grenze zum Organisieren von Drohanrufen. Schwule in den USA machen sowas, Feministinnen machen es, aber wenn Männer sich ohne zwingenden Grund auf die gleiche Stufe stellen, ist das Selbsterniedrigung aus Mangel an Emanzipation von der weiblichen Normativität der Amoral.
Die verdorbenen Dummchen operieren halb bewußt, halb unbewußt und ohne Skrupel im Zwischenbereich von künstlerischer Freiheit und tatsächlicher schwerer Verhetzung. Man braucht sich in solchen Fällen nur vorzustellen, es gäbe ein SCUW-Manifest und ein geschlechterverkehrtes Video in der gleichen Form – es wäre nicht einen Tag im Netz. Abgesehen davon, daß SCUW unter keinen Umständen Schülern vorgeführt würde, käme es auch nicht einmal auf einer Experimentalbühne im hintersten Keller zur Aufführung, geschweige denn, daß Amazon oder sonst ein Vertrieb es zum Verkauf anböten. Vermutlich würde sogar ein selbstverlegtes derartiges Pamphlet oder Theaterstück mit Strafanzeigen verfolgt.
Wie aus der Webseite ersichtlich, waren auch eine Reihe von Männern beteiligt, zumindest als Techniker für die Mädchen. Der Trailer wurde von Johan Wik produziert, seine Webseite hat ihn nicht angeführt. E-mailadresse <johan.wik1@gmail.com> für Kommentare. Offensichtlich ist er fasziniert von “Cutting Up” und jeder Form von Gewalt, seine aktuelle Ausstellung ist aus echten Kämpfen im Kickbox-Stil entstanden, bei denen er einen Zahn verloren hat, heißt es.

In Gothenburg there is a collection of people who call themselves “queer Gothenburg institution” . It is run in collaboration with the University of Gothenburg . Every year something they call for the heterocycles hate days . To describe them the event itself:
“Parliamentarism is an enemy we are unable to lose by ignoring. Instead, we should carefully consider how to most effectively fight heterosexual fascists. The Alliance is currently the biggest obstacle to the happiness of mankind and must be ousted from the real political influence. All who vote for the alliance is straight . “
It was in connection with this heterosexual hatred day SCUM was put on the theater floor in Göteborg 2010. The newspaper Göteborgs-free ensemble interviewed in an article named “drop front straight hate”. It gives them a slightly confused expression. First, you can read:
“That they were asked by the Queer Institute to be on the Straight Hate Day, they can very well understand. But they do not think that hatred is a good way to go to reach their goals.”
But then just a bit further down so they read:
“So, given the circumstances they play during the show, there are heterohat in the play? – YES! Will be pleasantly resounding answer from them all.”

But that Solanas writes has really been said about women, many times by male artists – and no one responds, says Andrea Edwards, mentioning among other things, the Marquis de Sade’s Juliette, who is currently playing on the same stage.Naturally, she sees Scripture as a call to women to take up more space in what it means to be human. Men have greater flexibility in how they may be, and thinking, while women are constrained by norms and expectations. Solana wants another society simply, and Scum turn things around rather than to correct.- I see the Scum as a tool to shake their ossified brains, to make room for their frustration and anger and think about. Solana has said that there never existed any Scum-companion, the Scum is a literary approach. Sure you get to come and jeer at us, and how feminism is ridiculous, but the purpose is not to buy the message verbatim.
Although SCUM Manifesto,radicalism, she is not worried that the message will be misinterpreted or have the opposite effect. Certainly it is possible that some may find it difficult to absorb the text, but there is a risk you can take, she says. And a man hater, she wants absolutely not appear.- Are people so stupid that they think I seriously want to kill the men, I will be happy to hated. And if that is so badly needed when it’s really a SCUM Manifesto in every corner of the world, says Andrea Edwards, who invites all curious to get to Turteatern and make their own assessment:

Valerie Solanas and Scum
- Scum Manifesto (Society for Cutting Up Men) by Valerie Solanas in 1967 has been described as one of the most important feminist texts ever. It has also been criticized for his violent messages and even dismissed as pure folly. The book was published in Swedish in 2003 at Modernista publishers in translation and with a foreword by author Sara Stridsberg.
- Valerie Solanas (1936-1988), author and feminist theorist, lived for much of his life as a prostitute. In the 1960s, she spent time in New York art circles, where she made unsuccessful attempts to get Andy Warhol to spread the Scum Manifesto.
- 1968 Valerie Solanas shot Andy Warhol in anger. He survived but never recovered completely from injuries. Solana was convicted of attempted murder and was released from prison 1971st The rest of her life, she spent long periods in mental hospitals.
“In anger” ist absurd, sie hat die Aktion geplant und angekündigt, wie man bei Wikipedia (Link unten) erfährt. Und Zorn als Grundstimmung und Motiv für Mord ist nicht wirklich unüblich, kommt mir vor.
On June 3, 1968, Solanas arrived at The Factory and waited for Warhol in the lobby area. When he arrived with a couple of friends, she shot at Warhol three times with a handgun, hitting him once in the chest. She then shot art critic Mario Amaya and tried to shoot Warhol’s manager Fred Hughes, but her gun jammed as the elevator arrived. Hughes suggested she take it and she did, leaving the Factory. Warhol barely survived, never fully recovered, and for the rest of his life wore a corset to prevent his injuries from worsening.

Feminist Robin Morgan (later editor of Ms. magazine) demonstrated for Solanas’ release from prison. Ti-Grace Atkinson, the New York chapter president of the National Organization for Women (NOW), described Solanas as “the first outstanding champion of women’s rights“[16] and as “a ‘heroine’ of the feminist movement”,[17][18] and “smuggled [her manifesto] … out of the mental hospital where Solanas was confined.”[17][18] Another member, Florynce Kennedy, represented Solanas at her trial, calling her “one of the most important spokeswomen of the feminist movement.”[16]
At her sentencing, she represented herself, without an attorney, and was sentenced to three years in prison, minus time already served.[19] After her release in 1971, she stalked Warhol and others over the telephone, and was arrested again. Solanas drifted into obscurity and was in and out of mental hospitals.
Ein dreifacher Mordversuch und sie kriegt 3 Jahre. Eine reife Leistung.
Die öffentliche Idealisierung von Solanas durch prominente Feministinnen spricht allein schon Bände und kennzeichnet das Wesen des Feminismus – scum/Abschaum.
Und genau das bewirkt auch die Aufführung von SCUM, die mörderische, paranoide Bösartigkeit wird in der Diskussion und Recherche deutlich, ganz im Gegenteil zu dem, was sich die Beteiligten einreden, die sich strategisch dumm stellen.

Nach dem internationalen Proteststurm, der zumindest ein amerikanischer war, ausgehend von A Voice for Men, haben die Goteborg SCUM girls ihren fun privatisiert. Das heißt, das Video ist nicht meht für die Allgemeinheit zugänglich. Wäre nicht mehr zugänglich, wären da nicht die Mitdenker, die diese Entwicklung vorausgesehen habe, so wie der Autor dieses Blogs. Gespeichert und erneut gepostet auf Youtube, so ist’s. Bis dato.
